Welcome to Emenuu!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our menu creation and publishing platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

We are Emenuu, a software service that allows restaurants and bars to create digital menus and public pages with QR codes.

2. Who can use our service

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Use the Service only for lawful purposes

The platform is designed for businesses located in Estonia and the European Union.

3. Trial and subscription

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
After the trial, continued access requires a monthly subscription, billed via Stripe.
Failure to pay will result in suspension of your menu and dashboard.
Prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and may include VAT, depending on your location.

4. What you can and cannot do

✅ You may:

Create menus for your own business
Use the QR code generated on printed materials
Share your public page link

❌ You may not:

Copy, resell or redistribute the service
Upload illegal, harmful or fraudulent content
Attempt to access other users’ data or accounts
Use bots or automated systems to abuse the platform

5. Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend accounts that violate our Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

We own the platform, code, and design.
You own the content (text, images, branding) that you upload.
By uploading content, you give us permission to host and display it publicly.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms
You do not pay your subscription
Your trial has expired and no payment was made

Upon termination:

Your menu and data may be deleted after a grace period
No refunds will be given for unused subscription time

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 3 months

9. Privacy and data

Use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and respect your rights.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date and notify users when appropriate.
